 Day 1: BREAKFAST :

Occasional tea with sugar substitute & 2 grapefruit LUNCH - any quantity of lean beef, chicken or fish + tomato salad + coffee


 DINNER - grilled fish + tomato and lettuce dish + grapefruit or melon


Day 2:BREAKFAST:

Occasional tea with sugar substitute & 2 grapefruit LUNCH any quantity of salad + occasional


 DINNER- hamburger (without bread) and every one the grilled vegetables you want

 Day 3: BREAKFAST: 

Occasional with sugar substitute & 2 grapefruit LUNCH tuna salad + grapefruit or melon


 DINNER a pair of lean pork chops + mixed tossed salad + occasional.


 Day 4:BREAKFAST: 

Occasional with sugar substitute & 2 grapefruit LUNCH a pair of eggs + farmer's cheese + three oz. squash + 1 toast + coffee.


DINNER chicken (grilled or grilled w/o skin) + spinach or sweet pepper + occasional.


 Day 5:BREAKFAST: 

coffee with sugar substitute & 2/3 grapefruit LUNCH all the dry cheese you wish + spinach + one toast.


 DINNER grilled fish + grilled veggies or tossed salad + one toast.


Day 6:BREAKFAST:

coffee with sugar substitute & 2 grapefruit LUNCH salad (as very much like you want) + one occasion.DINNER grilled chicken w/o skin + tomato and lettuce dish + grapefruit or melon + occasional

Day 7:BREAKFAST 

coffee Low with sugar substitute & or a pair of grapefruit LUNCH cold or hot chicken + tomato & lettuce dish + grapefruit or melon + occasional.

DINNER lean beef + mixed salad + coffee the basic rules for the Scars dale Diet Plan are: Drink at least 4 glasses of water.
